  1. LICKY STICKY STAMPS
  2.  
  3. YOU'LL NEED:
  4. Scissors
  5. One 1/2-inch-wide packaging tape (the kind you moisten)
  6. Envelopes
  7. Crayons or markers
  8.  
  9. STEP 1
  10. For each stamp, cut off a piece of the packaging tape. Cut off a piece about 
  11. 1-1/2 inches long.
  12.  
  13. STEP 2
  14. Lick the stamps and then stick them to the envelopes.
  15.  
  16. STEP 3
  17. Color the stamps. Put on faces and designs that you've seen on real stamps. Or make up some stamps of your own. If you like, put numbers on the stamps to show how much they cost.

  19. And that's how you make licky sticky stamps!

  22. SOME COOL IDEAS:
  23. Try some smaller decorations for your stamps, such as stencils to trace shapes like pumpkins, flowers, or hearts. Or, use stickers such as stars and rubber stamps with different color ink pads to decorate any way you like.
